Qualifications

• Adheres to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains high attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Shows leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educates and informs the branch team and partners.
• Builds strong client relationships and educates them about available services.
• Minimum 1 year of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATM; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for account access 24/7.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to ensure smooth operations.
