Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to be at the heart of our Chase branch operations. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to ensure precise handling of client transactions while promoting self-service options and strong client relationships.

You will lead operations, ensure compliance with policies, and help maintain a welcoming, secure, and efficient branch environment, including loss control and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work weekends and evenings.
• You possess strong adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• You excel at leadership and operational proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues quickly and accurately.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity, elevating client experience.
• Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
