• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to the right solutions.
• Lead branch operations and manage cash devices such as cash vaults and ATMs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and personalized support.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
