SECU is seeking a courteous Branch Associate in Kannapolis, NC to greet members, open and service accounts, and manage daily cash operations. You will balance drawers, assist with drive‑thru transactions, and educate members on available services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle cash accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Experience assisting members with account needs and services.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to needs or direct to the right person.
• Explain account types and banking services to members.
• Process new memberships and account changes in the system.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, ATM, and coin sorter daily.
• Operate drive-thru window when needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports related to branch operations.
• Assist with cash deliveries and shipments weekly.
• Troubleshoot member problems and reconcile transactions.
• Handle phone inquiries and clerical tasks as needed.
• Participate in training and branch coverage as required.
