Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to their needs, directing to the appropriate department.
• Explain account types and services and make suitable recommendations to members.
• Enter transactions in the Margo system and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter; operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain vault- and branch-related reports and perform daily cash handling tasks.
• Assist with account problems, reconciliations, and transaction errors.
• Process new memberships and open or modify accounts; handle related paperwork.
• Assist with loan-related advances after consulting with an approving officer.
• Handle phone inquiries, filing, scanning, and other clerical duties as required.
• Support training in other branch operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
