Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is looking for an Associate Member Services Representative to join our Kannapolis branch. This entry-level role focuses on learning SECU branch operations, delivering exemplary member service, and supporting routine transactions in-person and by phone.

You will develop knowledge of cash handling, account origination, and basic financial services while working under supervision and with ongoing training.

• Maintain records and assist with routine branch operations.
