Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to needs or direct them.
• Open new accounts and process account changes.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Balance vault, ATM, coin sorter, and cash drawer.
• Assist drive-thru operations and process daily reports.
• Handle phone inquiries and clerical duties.
• Training in other branch operations as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly records.
