Job summary

SECU seeks an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative in North Carolina. You will learn branch operations, assist members in person or by phone, process transactions, and balance cash drawers under supervision.

As you progress, you will complete core training modules, gain familiarity with CXone and SECU platforms, and begin learning about financial advisory products while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust with members.
• Experience or comfort with cash handling and balancing cash drawer.
• Willingness to complete SECU Core Module Program within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist members via in-person, phone, and digital channels with service requests.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Support opening basic accounts and learn product offerings with supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
• Participate in training modules and ongoing education.
