Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, grow a portfolio of client accounts, and drive revenue growth. The role emphasizes client relationship management, talent development, and P&L accountability in a dynamic staffing environment.

You will recruit, train, and coach recruiters, oversee service delivery, and ensure compliance with company policies while achieving KPI targets. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position within the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales/branch management.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Coach and develop branch team; manage day-to-day performance and recruitment activities.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, and cost control; develop revenue/expense forecasts.
• Lead recruitment efforts and build local relationships with education and training resources.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and provide strategic guidance to improve service delivery.
