Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales/service staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally at all levels.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new business through client plans and SLA-aligned deliverables.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control while developing growth forecasts.
• Lead and develop branch staff, coach recruiters, and ensure KPI/SLAs are met.
• On-board new customers, set pay/bill rates, and oversee risk and credit assessments.
• Maintain client relationships through regular reviews and escalations as needed.
