Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead recruitment efforts, manage client accounts, and drive profitable growth. You will oversee daily operations, coach recruiters, and ensure service levels and KPI targets are met across the branch.

The role emphasizes strategic sales plans, budgeting, and maintaining strong client relationships, with focus on delivering top-tier customer service to candidates and clients alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication across all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win new clients and manage client requirements.
• Lead branch day-to-day operations, coaching recruiters and staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets and forecast revenue/expenses; review KPIs with vertical teams.
