Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding relationships with existing accounts, and delivering strong P&L results. You will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing branch team to meet service levels and KPIs.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, clear communication with HR and operations, and the ability to negotiate terms, set pay and bill rates, and perform regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to grow client bases and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead branch P&L management, budgets, cost control, and forecasting.
• Coach, train, and develop recruiters; manage day-to-day performance and KPIs.
• On-board new clients including terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiation.
• Maintain relationships with HR, Operations, and program teams; present monthly/quarterly reviews.
