Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving branch performance and sales growth. You will coach staff, manage operations, and foster a customer-centric culture across a high-volume environment.

In this role, you will partner with the local community, align targets with strategic goals, and model leadership that energizes the team. A strong focus on coaching and development will help employees grow and achieve branch-wide

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading a high-volume branch with sales goals.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams to drive performance.
• Compliance with SAFE Act background checks and obtaining NMLS identifier.
