Citizens is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a customer‑centric environment. You will drive branch sales, coaching, and operations while delivering best‑in‑class service across in‑person and digital channels.

You will mentor staff, align branch goals with corporate strategy, and foster community relationships to grow the business. This role requires leadership with a focus on results and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and development to drive sales excellence, customer service and operational integrity in a high‑volume branch environment.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking environment.
• Proven record of meeting sales goals, deadlines and branch goals in a profit and loss environment.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience validated through customer satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• Must meet SAFE Act background checks and obtain NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance, sales growth and customer experience.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve individual and collective performance and sales goals.
• Drive digital-first initiatives and leverage mobile/online banking to serve customers.
