Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence and customer service.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking environment.
• Proven track record managing objectives in meeting sales goals and branch goals in a profit and loss environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive an exceptional customer experience via customer satisfaction surveys.
• Strong partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• SAFE Act background checks and NMLS identifier requirements must be met.
