Citizens Bank seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, execute branch strategy, and foster community relationships while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across a busy banking location.

You will champion digital-first services and develop colleagues through coaching plans, aiming for strong branch results and sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing to drive sales excellence and world-class service.
• 4 years sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
• Proven record of meeting sales goals and branch objectives in a P&L environment.
• Strong customer experience focus demonstrated by surveys.
• Maintain partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and NMLS identifier.
