As a visible leader, you will coach colleagues, build strong community partnerships, and ensure operational integrity while meeting branch goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and branch profitability.
• Proven ability to deliver world-class customer service.
• Strong partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and NMLS identifier.
