You will build strategic relationships with HR and operations, monitor pay and bill rates, and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance. A strong sales and management track record is essential.

• Experience in budgeting, P&L, and branch operations.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts while expanding new client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and coach recruiters.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure service levels, SLAs, and KPIs are met.
