Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth and branch operations. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and oversee talent development within the branch to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include account growth, KPI/SLAs, onboarding new customers, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws while coaching the team to achieve top performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to increase client base, and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Manage day-to-day branch activities, coach recruiters, and maintain KPIs/SLAs.
• Plan and monitor branch P&L, budget, and forecasts for growth.
• Lead recruitment strategies, onboarding of new customers, and terms/credit assessments.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with client contacts and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
