Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth, retention, and branch performance. You will drive sales plans, oversee recruitment, manage P&L, and ensure top-tier service for candidates and clients.

You will develop strategies to grow accounts, negotiate terms, and maintain strong relationships with HR and operations teams. This role requires leadership, budget discipline, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and manage client expectations and SLAs.
• Lead day-to-day performance of branch staff and coach recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Conduct monthly reviews with vertical teams and clients; present business reviews to leadership.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, onboarding, and vendor relationships; ensure compliance and credit references.
• Drive process improvements to reduce service costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
