Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in sales/management roles.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and presentations.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients.
• Meet SLA targets and client requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Coach and develop recruiters; manage day-to-day performance.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; forecast revenues/expenses.
• Conduct KPI reviews and communicate with vertical teams.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk, and rate negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with notices and licenses.
