Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients; align with client requirements and SLAs.
• Lead branch team through coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls to meet KPIs and financial targets.
• Develop recruitment strategies and build local relationships with colleges and workforce centers.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and oversee credit references and risk assessments.
