Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans, recruit and develop top talent, and grow the bottom line. You will manage client relationships, set pay/bill rates, and ensure service levels meet KPIs and SLAs across the branch.

Responsibilities include P&L management, on-boarding new customers, and driving customer satisfaction through ongoing reviews and process improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost or lapsed clients.
• Ensure client requirements align with SLA targets and contractual terms.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communications and business reviews.
• Act as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR managers.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the vertical Director or VP.
• Manage branch P&L and develop revenue and expense forecasts.
