Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience coaching to drive sales and customer service excellence.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and branch profitability.
• Proven ability to build community partnerships and strong customer experiences.
• Must meet SAFE Act background checks and obtain NMLS unique identifier.

• Lead and coach branch team to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.

• Implement coaching plans to develop colleagues and prioritize performance and growth.
