Citizens seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high‑performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive branch performance, sales growth, and a best‑in‑class colleague and customer experience across digital and in‑person channels.

In this role, you’ll coach the team, manage growth and development, and build strong community partnerships while ensuring operational integrity and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership coaching and development to drive sales and service in a high-volume branch.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven record of meeting sales goals, deadlines and branch goals in a profit and loss environment.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience validated by surveys.
• Maintain partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS identifier.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
