Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing to drive sales excellence.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Track record of meeting sales goals in a profit-and-loss environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer experience.
• Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Compliance with SAFE Act background checks and NMLS requirements.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
