Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of credit or lending experience.
• STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 3 months.
• NMLS License within 3 months.
• Notary License within 6 months.
• Lending Product Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure alignment with strategies.
• Develop branch strategy and lead team to achieve goals and great member experiences.
• Cultivate relationships with FourLeaf partners and the community.
• Identify, acquire, and service consumer/business deposits and lending relationships.
• Manage branch traffic, scheduling, and teller/drive-up flow.
