Qualifications
- 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
- 3-5 years of credit or lending experience.
- STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 3 months.
- NMLS License within 3 months.
- Notary License within 6 months.
- PC, Windows, and Internet proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all branch operations aligning with corporate strategies.
- Lead a dynamic team and drive employee and member experiences.
- Develop branch strategy and collaborate with supervisory team to implement.
- Build relationships with community partners and customers.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and branch controls.
