Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager to lead the branch and drive exceptional member and employee experiences. You will shape the branch strategy, supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure alignment with corporate goals, regulatory compliance, and risk controls.

You will build relationships with members, community partners, and retail leadership to grow deposits and lending activity while delivering high-quality service and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• College Degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of financial or related sales and service experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of credit or lending experience.
• Medallion Signature Guarantor within 3 months.
• FourLeaf Lending Product Certification within 6–12 months.
• National Mortgage Licensing System within 3 months.
• Notary License within 6 months.
• PC, Windows, and Internet proficiency.
• High EI, decision-making, communication, relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team to align with branch strategy and goals.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure efficient processing of transactions.
• Cultivate relationships with business partners and the community.
• Identify and service consumer/business deposit and lending relationships.
• Maintain branch controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive employee engagement and member satisfaction (MSAT).
