Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Ridgewood, NY is seeking a Branch Manager II New Markets to lead a busy branch, align operations with corporate strategies, and deliver exceptional employee and member experiences. You will shape the branch strategy, coach the supervisory team, manage daily activity, and build relationships with community and business partners to grow deposits and loans.

This role requires 3–5 years of supervisory and lending experience, a college degree, and licenses including

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of credit or lending experience.
• STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 3 months.
• Lending Product Certification.
• NMLS License within 3 months.
• Notary License within 6 months.
• PC, Windows, and Internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team and drive a culture of change, agility, inclusiveness and innovation.
• Source, hire and onboard new employees as the primary front-line member experience provider.
• Coach and develop direct reports and ensure succession planning.
• Partner with Retail Leadership and HR to address staffing, talent management, training and performance.
• Oversee branch operations, scheduling, lobby/trAffic management and customer flow.
• Maintain branch controls, ensure compliance with banking regulations and manage risks.
