FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager to lead a branch operations team in New York, aligning with corporate strategies and delivering exceptional employee and member experiences.

You will cultivate relationships with partners and the community, drive production results, and oversee deposit and lending activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• College Degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of credit or lending experience.
• Medallion Signature Guarantor within 3 months; FourLeaf Lending Product Certification within 6 to 12 months.
• National Mortgage Licensing System within 3 months; Notary License within 6 months.
• PC, Windows, and Internet proficiency.
• High emotional intelligence, decision-making, excellent communication, relationship building, change management, time management, supervisor employee and member experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team that embraces change, agility and innovation to align with the organization's visions and goals.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage deposit and loan relationships.
• Drive branch performance while focusing on employee and member experiences.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership and HR on staffing, talent management, and training.
