Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Branch Manager with business development experience.
• Experience in outbound calling/prospecting and visiting local businesses.
• Experience understanding business and commercial products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Extensive financial industry experience including cash handling, customer service, needs-based selling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and staff to meet service standards.
• Coach and develop team through performance programs and regular 1x1s.
• Recruiting support and succession planning for branch growth.
• Collaborate with departments to improve member experience and branch profitability.
• Partner with BI to analyze trends and drive business growth.
