Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or higher and relevant financial/sales experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Experience in lending/credit and compliance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team that embraces change, agility, inclusiveness and innovation.
• Develop the branch strategy and drive production results.
• Build strong member and employee experiences through coaching and development.
• Manage branch operations, scheduling, lobby flow, and teller/driv e-up traffic.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk controls.
• Collaborate with HR and Retail Leadership on staffing and development.
