Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in New York to lead the branch, develop staff, and drive exceptional member experiences while achieving production results. The role requires coordinating with retail leadership and HR to address staffing, training, and performance management needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory and lending experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in customer service.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of credit or lending experience.
• Medallion Signature Guarantor within 3 months; Notary License within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and implement branch strategy in line with corporate goals.
• Lead and develop the supervisory team to drive employee engagement and member satisfaction.
• Acquire and service consumer and business deposit and lending relationships.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and risk controls; manage branch scheduling and traffic.
