The candidate will manage staff, promote products, and develop strategies for growth, with a priority on exceptional member service and strong leadership across teams. Bilingual Spanish preferred in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in consumer banking/financial services required.
• Minimum of three to four years’ banking leadership experience required.
• Notary Public license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Spanish speaking language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily branch opening, closing, customer service, transaction processing, and reconciliation tasks and activities.
• Schedules, manages, and trains branch staff to maintain service coverage and enforce policies.
• Accountable for financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals for the branch.
• Resolves customer or operations issues.
• Coordinates with other Credit Union teams to promote products and represent the Credit Union in the community.
• Develops and executes integrated sales and relationship strategies to achieve goals in all business categories.
• Supports portfolio growth by deepening relationships and ensuring member acquisition and service quality.
