Heritage Financial Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in New York to lead a high-energy team, drive member experiences, and deliver measurable results in a changing retail banking landscape.

You will build strong community relationships, develop staff through coaching and performance programs, and manage daily operations to ensure excellent service and branch profitability. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in branch management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required.
• Notary License required or within 6 months of hire.
• 3+ years as Branch Manager with business development experience.
• Experience outbound calling/prospecting and engaging local businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and develop the team to meet service standards.
• Coach and develop staff through performance programs and 1x1 sessions.
• Manage branch budget, cost controls, and profitability with Retail Leadership.
• Support recruiting and succession planning for branch roles.
• Collaborate with leadership and business intelligence to drive growth.
