Columbia Bank in Redmond, Oregon, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, supervise tellers, and deliver Breakthrough Client Service. You will process transactions, open accounts, support loan requests, and cross-sell bank services while upholding audits and compliance.

This on-site role requires strong customer-service skills and leadership. A high school diploma is required; banking experience and supervisory background preferred; MLO duties apply for mortgage

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail banking experience is required.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with consumer and small business lending is preferred.
• Customer service background in retail or banking.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coach tellers; back up personal banking team for new accounts and loan requests.
• Ensure day-to-day branch operations and audits meet standards.
• Develop client relationships and cross-sell bank products.
• Process transactions such as openings, wire transfers, and collections.
