Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch meets or exceeds operations standards and audits.
• Coach tellers and frontline staff to deepen customer relationships.
• Open new accounts and handle loan requests; gather credit information.
• Oversee personal bankers in collaboration with Branch Manager.
• Manage branch operations: opening/closing, wire transfers, collections, and branch controls.
