Columbia Bank is seeking an on-site Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager at the Colfax, WA location. You will supervise Tellers, ensure daily operational excellence, process transactions, and identify lending needs while cross-selling banking services.

You will also back up the personal banking team, manage branch controls, and support audits. A customer-service mindset and leadership experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of retail banking experience required.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of consumer and small business lending origination experience preferred.
• Customer service background in retail or banking.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales by developing long-lasting client relationships and offering solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in handling difficult conversations professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Tellers; supervise branch operations.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and gather credit information; cross-sell services.
• Back up to personal banking team to open new accounts and process loan requests.
• Oversee branch controls, overdraft monitoring, wire transfers, and collections.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers and local businesses; provide proactive solutions.
