Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager Associate in Redmond, OR to partner with the Branch Manager in achieving branch goals and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. You will supervise tellers, drive Breakthrough Client Service, process transactions, and cross-sell bank services while building strong community relationships.

Responsibilities include overseeing branch operations, coaching staff, and assisting with personal banking duties.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail banking experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• 1 year of consumer and small business lending origination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach tellers and personal bankers to ensure Breakthrough Client Service standards.
• Process branch operations including opening/closing, overdraft monitoring, and transfers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consumers and businesses in the community.
• Cross-sell bank services and refer to other departments as appropriate.
