Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team of associates in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the branch as the bank of choice in the local community. The role drives growth, manages P&L, and ensures strong audit performance while coaching staff and maintaining compliance.

The ideal candidate has banking experience including consumer and business lending, 2+ years of leadership, and a commitment to community involvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience, including consumer lending
• 2 years of management experience in banking/retail
• Knowledge of banking products and services and lending basics
• Compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements for Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) responsibilities
• Notary certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associates to achieve growth and service goals
• Manage branch P&L, portfolio and expenses
• Ensure branch operates efficiently within guidelines and achieves audit targets
• Partner with Retail and cross-functional leaders to deliver client solutions
• Develop and maintain strong community relationships and drive local engagement
