Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure a smooth, compliant branch experience. You will train employees, adjust schedules, resolve complex customer issues, and support sales of Bank products.

Qualifications

• 1 year of managerial experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business preferred or in progress
• Ability to oversee and supervise branch operations
• Strong communication and cross-sell abilities
• Experience with retail banking operations and regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staff scheduling
• Train new employees and ensure policy compliance
• Assist customers with transactions and resolve unusual problems
• Lead internal branch sales and develop new business relationships
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports and act as Branch Manager when needed
