You will manage P&L, staff performance, and risk controls, while partnering with Retail leadership to deliver customer-centric solutions and meet growth objectives. Onsite role with strong pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further banking education preferred.
• 3+ years banking experience including consumer lending; some business lending exposure.
• 2+ years in banking/retail management with coaching and supervision.

• Manage branch P&L, growth targets, and portfolio quality.
