Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of retail banking experience required.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Tellers; oversee personal bankers with Branch Manager.
• Process and oversee opening/closing of branch operations and banking transactions.
• Place clients in appropriate accounts and loan products; cross-sell bank services.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consumers and businesses; provide proactive solutions.
