Job summary
Columbia Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to partner with the Branch Manager in Denver. You will supervise Tellers, ensure Breakthrough Client Service, process transactions, open accounts, and support cross-selling across departments.
You will lead a team, manage daily branch operations, assist with mortgage loan applications within regulatory scope, and participate in training and coaching to build lasting client relationships in the community.
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail banking experience.
- 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Customer service background in retail or banking.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Tellers.
- Provide Breakthrough Client Service.
- Process transactions and open accounts.
- Cross-sell bank services and refer to other departments.
- Monitor and coach to deepen relationships.
- Back up to personal banking team for new accounts.
