Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding client relationships and increasing services. You will manage the branch P&L, recruit and develop the team, and ensure service levels and client satisfaction across accounts in the Kentucky market.

The role requires strong leadership, sales, and financial acumen, with a track record in staffing or related services. Candidates should be capable of strategic planning and operational excellence to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop new clients; create plans to expand business.
• Provide regular client reviews and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Lead branch team, coach recruiters, and improve processes to reduce costs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecast revenue and expenses.
• Set pay and bill rates, and oversee credit references and collections.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and review performance metrics.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and KPI reviews with staff.
• Hire, train, and develop top talent to deliver excellent service.
