Adecco Group in Kentucky is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding the client base, managing P&L, and leading a branch team. You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee client relationships, negotiate terms, and develop strategies to improve performance metrics, with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires strong communication and operational excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service organization preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients to increase revenue.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and clients.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk, and rate negotiations.
• Develop recruitment strategies and establish local relationships to source talent.
