Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Kentucky to lead client growth and team performance. You will develop and execute business plans to win new accounts, retain existing ones, and ensure exceptional service to clients and candidates.

The role drives profitability, talent development, and compliance across the branch. You will oversee sales strategy, recruitment, and daily operations, working with HR, Operations, and client leadership to optimize service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in group discussions and presentations.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and develop new client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch staff.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories and client contracts.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Onboard new customers, including terms, risk assessment, and fee structures.
