Job summary

Adecco Group is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Kentucky-based branch, grow new and existing client accounts, and manage day-to-day operations and staff performance. You will drive sales strategies, ensure service levels, and optimize processes to maximize profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant work with supervisory experience, strong client management, and proficiency in MS Office tools. On-site leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and backfill lapsed accounts.
• Lead branch staff, coach recruiters, and manage performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, and cost-control decisions.
• Develop revenue and expense forecasts; set budgets and growth plans.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in business reviews.
