Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Lead branch performance, including coaching recruiters and managing day-to-day activities.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, and cost controls while forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and business reviews with stakeholders.
